Hi, I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this.
Has anyone received this God of War Platinum Trophy avatar email recently? I've had asked PlayStation Asia, they told me it's not available in Asia region. In fact, I've seen a few users had gotten their emails from PlayStation Asia.

P.S. I had opted in to receive all the notifications from PlayStation since I have created my PlayStation account, but the only email that I'll receive is "Thanks for your purchase."

I checked my inbox and Junk email on daily basis, there wasn't any email from PlayStation Asia. This seems odd, maybe I'm unlucky. I totally can't understand why I'm being told that this is not available for users in Asia region. :[

I messaged PS Asia on Facebook's messenger, they told me to contact the game publisher. I wrote an email to sms@sony.com but didn't receive any response.
Sigh...I'm desperate.

Edit: I couldn't find the PlayStation Asia's email address. Perhaps, there isn't one.

Thanks for the help, but I've called the customer hotline instead. They have escalated my case to a higher authority. Finger crossed. biggrin.gif

P.S. I might as well keep updating on this case so that those who may encounter the same problem could get some help.

Update: They sent me the code via email this evening.

Long story short, it is more efficient to solve the problem by directly calling the customer service hotline than writing to the PlayStation Asia's Messenger.

 

Change to:
