got update , download it. now the download stuck at 386.4 MB / 387.4 MB for 15 minutes so far, and HDD seems busy..installng perhaps??

hi, can i know where do you stay? 80gb is a lot to download due sharing internet with other 9 users even having 30mbps plan but when download other user will experienced high ping

since u are downloading through IDM, u should have the installer right?

that is normal. hdd need to read and write 73GB file compiled as a new game. u can view progress in WindowsApp folder located in drive you selected. Windows will create new folder with new version number 9.2.0, u can right click the folder to check file size. it take about 20mins to reinstall

downloaded the 73GB file overnight, win store already notified GOW4 installed.

then try to play, there is another update. so i hit win store..and update. but the download always stuck (like now, 891.1MB over 891.1MB with blue bar around 35%). had to pause-resume download to continue progress download D:

1. go to install drive, check WindowsApp folder. u will see gow4 folder named sparta v9.1.0 if im not mistaken. the file size is 73GB
2. if im right u currently downloading the update, so check the same folder, u should see sparta v9.2.0.
3. if both folder exist , i suggest cancel the download.
4. go to setting and check windows update. there are a new windows update today. update and restart pc
5. go to universal apps-store
6. search gow4 and go the game store page. u should see update button. try update again. dont update through store library, last time i received an error updating/downloading from there.

oh sheet y up this is right.

windows game (uwp) updating system is weird. it will copy/patch previous game into new compiled folder, retain the previous copy while updating. that is why we still need extra hdd space (double the game size). when compiling completed, it will delete previous game folder (9.1.0) and u will get new working game folder (9.2.0).

quite a mess rly.
