imo ecoboost is like small supercharger to boost small cc engine

Its not secret Toyota owns Daihatsu. Got parts sharing/ model sharing/ factory sharing. I found out my 70s corolla can use Daihatsu/ Perodua Rusa electric fuel pump. Super reliable compared to the mechanical one that died.
