Take this for comparison. In 2005, a 18'x65' double storey houses in Taman Tasik Semenyih, located 500m from Nottingham University Campus were sold at RM120K which was considered expensive at that time. There were 1000 students in 2005 and now there are about more than 10,000 students. The rental fee for a room in the campus was RM500 (in average) per student in 2005. Recently, a student told me that the rental for the whole house in Taman Tasik Semenyih has gone up to more than RM3,000 per month!! Any similarities with The Olive which is located about 800m from Xiamen University?
Ur facts seems quite a far from the reality.. currently total student are less than 4000..the rental for in-campus ranged around rm600-850..yes it has rm500 room type but only 5% from the total 2000 units in campus accommodations..so hard to get..
But the correct fact from u is, yeahh the taman tasek semenyih realy make money for their rental especially along TTS5 and TTS7..damn until now i menyesal not buying the house in TTS in back 2008
