for those usage you should go with intel HQ version not the U version to give you a good performance running those programs smoothly.
i dont think it's possible to have 256 ssd with that spec you preferred with that budget.

MSI CX62 6QD Intel i5-6300HQ, 4GB DDR4 RAM, Nvidia GT 940M 2GB, 128GB SSD, 15.6" FHD, 2.3KG RM2.9k

add another ram up to 8gb also can boost the performance.
*
It seems to me, the screen for the MSI CX62 model is far inferior compare to other slightly more expensive FHD notebooks.

For example, Lenovo Ideapad 700-15ISK is similarly priced, but with very nice IPS screen. If you take the SSD+HDD model, then it is more expensive.

2. Budget - 2.8K - 3.3K
3. Usage - Android studio, visual studio,python, eclipse,netbean . ALL programming IDE.Graphic rendering sometime
4. Preferred

Lenovo ideapad 700 is good. But just wonder that i dont gaming, high graphic card seem not necessary to me. Should i go for light weight as Dell Vostro 14 V5459?
*
v5459 with much weaker ultra low voltage processor, not recommended for heavy duty usage

I survey and stumble upon this model:

Acer Aspire V Nitro NX.G6JSM.001

How come none of you propose this? is it having some bad review previously?
*
at the initially lunching of this products , it was popular as the pricing on par the spec, however, Acer has up hike the selling price couple times, make it doest have best value any more with the very short battery life , minor overheat issue, non accessible ram / ssd slot nod.gif , however, Acer malaysia has best team on warranty as well- Highpoint, u can upgrade the warranty to onsite with rm 99 only
