4gb is min usage on win10.... its good enough to run excell.... but hp kinda have great battery life; good performance for the money; Small and light; Solid build quality.. its detachable right...

i'll choose chuwi hi10 than hp.... but since there is not much review on chuwi and its for china market i think... its good bargain to have chuwi.. its soldered memory on board so, chuwi is good choice for you...
