bro... every developer sama saje... be it mkh, ecoworld, tropicana or sime darby.... sure got some defects or cracks everywhere... and trust me... this LBS workmanship wont be anywhere better than MKH or ecoworld in this location.... lol

erm... i been staying here for around 4 years like that.... i think here have better amenities than center of puncak alam there... easier to exit to DASH or for now to NKVE... to guthrie through saujana utama also easy... econsave and shops also not far away... Uitm just opposite... saujana utama already have everything that I need... go to setia city mall only 15 mins away.... hmm.... i dont know whats the big difference to stay inside puncak alam town...

see urself can travel alot anot lo... if u working in KL... but u stay here... u sure gg.com already to travel to and from during peak hours... for me... I'm flexible... so travelling not much of an issue for me... basic amenities here semua sudah ada except for non halal food... limited for now...

for cheap2 double storey landed below 500k... here still can get lo... but size maybe 20x65 like that only... and pure malay location for now... not sure u ngam or not also... after ecoworld project completed... should be more non halal crowd coming in....

but bro... my consideration is from hillpark point of view ya... haha... lbs there still quite some distance from amenities frankly speaking but very near the LATAR exit though... and nearer to alam jaya commercial center which still not yet that mature... but enough to survive...
