I'm LBS buyer, Price RM406k after rebate, DP 1% and s&p lawyer has discount. My loan approve RM405,292 from affin bank inclusive MRTT insurance. Legal and stamping around 4k-5k after discount, if without discount around RM7k++. Affin bank got a lot benefit, if project was abandon affin bank will pay back progressive payment to buyer. They also got EIPLAN for legal fee loan, interest 4%. So if you borrow 7k (for legal + stamping fee) and u just need to pay interest around RM200, maximum loan period 18month, so RM400 x 18month = RM7200.
I choose this project because goverment school, clinic and selangorku apartment will build behind this project area and it backyard also nice to me. Maintainance fee also 50% cheaper compared to ecoworld. After 2 month survey, this project was in my salary range, but only 20x60 1208sqft. Its still ok for me. Alam perdana will good for investment after alam perdana school, alam perdana clinic, ecoworld project, uitm hospital finish build around this area.

EW project and Uitm hospital not really related to this location... the beneficial township would be hillpark and EW first... the good thing is that this township is the closest to LATAR exit.... commercial activities can choose to visit those along bukit cerakah and BSC's shoplots... as these are nearer than the commercial lots near econsave puncak alam there...
