haha anyone here jumping note 8

Jumped to S7 Edge last month. I cannot wait lama lama as my phone already spoiled.

after having the phone since launch,
finally today i rooted the phone.
first tried to use magisk, which mean need to install twrp.
after multiple attempt and failed to install twrp, i finally used CF Auto root.
now can play modded game.

root to play Injustice.
but then I started noticing battery start to drain kaw2.

in order to flash twrp, you must use odin to flash and untick auto reboot
once finished flash, take out battery and put it back after 10 sec, and on it using power + home + volume up
then flash magisk

that's why..
i flash using odin, but didnt untick it..
hence after auto reboot, it loads back factory recovery..
but now i already rooted it, can install twrp from play store.

not all app work well on external/expandable storage. WhatsApp for once does not.
