For those with Note 4 that can't reach 100% when charging, go to dialler and key in *#0228# and tap Quick Start, phone will switch off and on by itself, swipe away the dialler and battery status should go back up after a few seconds.
It somehow recalibrate the battery reading, a known issue in Marshmallow it seems. |

QUOTE(nncchh1990 @ Nov 21 2016, 11:01 AM) because no using root apps so far, that why no point for rooting. but im very interesting about s7/n7 rom style I was into the flashing rom kernel root app thing back then, stopped doing it when all i needed is a phone that is stable and nice to look at without dabbing into complications such as bypassing the restrictions of games that don't allow root, I wont mind using iPhone again.so confusing for decision want to root or not |

For anyone facing auto shutdown after updating to DPE3, please download Wake Lock (lightbulb and padlock icon) from Play Store, run the app and set it to Partial_wake_lock (level 4)

QUOTE(llk @ Jan 31 2017, 07:33 PM) My phone died yesterday happened so sudden, it shutdown itself & can't be switched on anymore, i try to charge the phone but no success, i suspect it was due to mainboard problem. My question is how much roughly for the replacement mainboard to cost? Remove battery, hold the power key, place back the batteryDoes it work now? |
