Managed 3 trips per hour last Sunday at Golden Triangle. Just wonder how they calculate the incentives. Seems like not as expected.

Btw, if I online from 11am-9pm on Sunday, 75% from busy areas but 25% from Puchong which is non-busy area at 6-8pm, do I still enjoy that 2 hours ultra peak incentives?

Yes, I know they're not calculated based on hourly block, but in fact, I didn't online during peak hours for the whole week except for Sunday, so definitely the incentives counted was based on Sunday's working hours, right? So, from my question, if like what you said, I can still eligible for UP hourly guarantees if I was picking up riders at Puchong during 6-8pm, which was less than 50% in non-busy area during those 4 types of peak hours on Sunday (or in a week for me). Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, I asked you before. You said all those peak hour guarantees are not including bonus hour guarantees, which means bonus hour guarantees count through trips, not pick-up areas, right?

Btw, will they accumulate trips per week for certain types of peak hours? Or as simple as UP, MP, HP and P hours consider as 1 block whereas B hour as another different block? Sorry for being noob.

I understand bonus hour guarantees now, then. What about the 4 peaks? Will they accumulate all trips throughout a week in different types of peaks? E.g. accumulate the trips done in UP in a week individually?

Btw, what does Flash Booking mean in the job history? It doesn't show actual fare and final fare for the job with this word.

Yes, I think so. Basically, it just divides into 2 types of guarantees: 4 in 1 peaks with some requirements and bonus hour (non-peak hour) which counts through numbers of trips done. But still need to wait for statement out on Thursday's evening only can double confirm. Anyway, thanks!

2) No, just riders can rate driver. Normally, I won't ask for a rate because the more they rate, the lower rating you will get (from previous Uber experience).

1) and 3) leave to a better experience senior to answer.

60% promo credited at 2.35pm just now; first week, 3.30pm; second week, Monday at 4pm.

Incentives by Tuesday night 11pm or before 12am.

Statement out by 7pm every Thursday.

Extra bucks above RM150 transfer into bank account by Friday afternoon. Reflected in the app first, bank-in by late afternoon or evening. You can transfer extra bucks from GrabPay (Cash Balance) to credit wallet in order to get more cash out.

Anyone here know what does Flash Booking mean in the job history? Normally this word comes together with Promo but rider didn't apply for promo code. It doesn't show actual fare, just show final fare for the job with these two words.

I know the 60% promo but not this flash booking. I got 2 riders with flash booking promo, one of them didn't mention about the promo and I collected the final fare showed; the other one did mention he applied for promo, the final fare showed RM10 but he cabut when reached the destination, so does final fare show includes the discount? I didn't receive any messages when jobs accepted and Grab didn't return any fares for these 2 trips.
