im from KL..kee tzuen and vima that day masum oso they entered..hai oso..all the 'old old' swimmers were there..the mmu wan u shud have came,..more like a fun day then a competition..no pressure at all..just swimming for fun plus the traditional throw people in the pool sessions..

oic.. sigh... i really missed the fun... lol... the traditional way of ending the comp is da best! hahaha.. i'll look forward for the next event.. wahahaha..

haha..those were the days..only this time not that many people around to throw..jz about 30-40 swimmers per comp..dunno where the others go..whats ur name btw?

Cool, a swimming thread. Was a state and national (age-group) swimmer back in school .. like .. 10+ years ago. Have to admit that since then .. I definitely don't have the body of a swimmer any more but I still swim every few months.

I love this site for complete swim workouts.

I'm kinda new at swimming, been learning by myself these past few months but never actually tread water before as my apartment swimming pool too shallow and don't really know the correct technique.. lol! Mind if I join you guys? Hopefully someone can help me with this water treading thingy
