QUOTE(Smurfs @ Jun 18 2016, 10:11 PM)
Have anyone tried their VOX in GRAB ?

If Uber eligible for cash back i believe GRAB will too?

Anyway i just tried today so wait for next month statement.
*
It seems CIMB CR no longer gives cash back to Uber (some got, some not) and GRAB.

Not sure about VOX. The amount is lesser than RM 50 for me most of the time, so I didn't link my VOX there. If I go airport, I just take taxi hired via Cab2KLIA app and got cash back.

QUOTE(trojant @ Jun 18 2016, 11:08 PM)
Does buying lazada/zalora/etc... thru Shopback consider online transaction and eligible for VOX 5% CB?
It is not specifically mentioned in post #1, no one tried b4 or not eligible?

tq

Did not get VOX CB 5% for paying TNB via UOB Payonline, for May transactions.
I managed to get CB 5% in Feb and Mar this year, but not May  ranting.gif  ranting.gif  ranting.gif

I got 5% CB for paying TM (Unifi) via UOB Payonline , though.

Anyone has the same for TNB via UOB Payonline for May CB?
*
QUOTE(cybpsych @ Jun 20 2016, 10:15 AM)
i got mine.

RM176.10 TNB bill @ UOBpayonline (4 May 2016)

RM8.81 cashback (18 June 2016)
*
hmm.gif trojant, probably you will need to recalculate again, was the transaction above RM 50? Just checking because cybpsych got his.

Above RM50, and my calculation is correct, no doubt.
Seems like UOB is randoming picking transactions for audit and reject  vmad.gif  vmad.gif  vmad.gif
*
Well, you can always post it here for us to see. When is the transaction date?
I doubt so, there must be glitch somewhere. smile.gif
They don't evaluate the transaction one-by-one manually.

My TNB via UOB Payonline was on 23 May (both posting and transaction date).
Since cybpsych got CB for 4 May transaction, my guess either they do random check, or probably they changed to stricter setting in their CB settings.
fruitie, when was ur TNB via UOB Payonline transaction?
*
I don't pay my utilities bills via UOB VOX, I use HLB Wise. So I can't comment much.
Have to wait for more people to feedback only will know whether it works.

Moreover, if it is not included, it should be for everyone in that particular month and not randomly by date. smile.gif Anyway, that's just my thought. So, best is to wait for others to show up here with their TNB via UOBPayOnline. I also feel that, if it is stopped, it should be stopped for all UOBPayOnline transactions and not specifically to just TNB. smile.gif

tested and confirmed....

UOB Payonline via UOB VOX payment to DBKL assessment do not qualify for 5% cashback. sad.gif

Erm, your transaction was for June. Now we only getting May cash back. sweat.gif doh.gif
Moreover the cash back you saw was for your 0.3% cash back based on your previous statement.

QUOTE(sub_noob @ Jun 20 2016, 11:41 AM)
I saw PTPTN under biller list at PosOnline. Can pay using vox? I saw somewhere in the forum saying that it is no longer available.

You cannot go through, so can forget about this option. smile.gif

As explained by laymank below. smile.gif
In short, June cash back will be only posted around 20s of July in unbilled transaction. You will see it on 18th August statement.

My 12May TNB via UOBPayonline CB is now in my 18Jun Unbilled Transaction, which will appear in my 14 July statement.
in other word, May transaction to appear in July statement.

trojant, another case which receives cash back for TNB UOBPayOnline but not after your transaction date. Have to wait for others (if any).

hmm.gif Your TNB was before 23rd May... But you did have a Telekom transaction after that. hmm.gif
Anyway, have to monitor another month to see if it is a glitch or not but if UOB were to remove, it makes sense to remove all UOBPayOnline transactions rather than just TNB.
fat_lip2525's all UOBPayOnline transactions on 23rd May didn't get cash back. It could be just 23rd now...

Are there any minimum amount spent for UOB VOX Card to entitled for 0.3% Cash rebate on retail purchases?

If I were to pay Indah Water Konsortium over the counter. Is it eligible for 0.3% cash rebate?
*
No minimum spend.

Yes, eligible. Why don't you use online? PosOnline has IWK right? unsure.gif

my point of view - "a card with annual fee is a failure".
*
Well, depends how you utilize it. When you applied this card, you already knew it comes with AF, so just be prepared that the AF will not be waived in following year.

I know I have to pay for HLB Wise's AF but at least I know I'm getting back RM 100 every month, so the AF is worth to pay. It depends on your utilization and the usefulness of the card. biggrin.gif

I believe it is the retention department which called you, usually the CS will just read out the SOP and tell you it is not possible.
After you proceed with cancellation, retention department will contact you.

It is called monthly charges, not charged annually.

Amazon charged me Amazon Prime Membership without my knowledge as it was supposed to give me free 1 month trial and I didn't input in my credit card details so I thought it won't be charged after 1 month. However, who knows they charged straight to the card I used for my purchase. bangwall.gif

Anyway, long story short I requested for cancellation once I saw it on my unbilled transaction on 19th June which they have processed it rightaway.

Now due to our MYR strengthens (which to my dismay in this case) and I'm losing RM 21 due to currency exchange. Anything that I can go about it? Or just live with it? doh.gif Will I get cash back for this RM 21? laugh.gif
