God damn it I still haven't got my YOLO. It's already 1 month. I am not sure I got rejected or in process or what. Called the agent and he always say in process.

I have waited 2 weeks also no news. Perhaps it's due to the VOX I have, which they intend to replace.

Mine is a new application as I don't have VOX...pun take so long..zzz

Wtf the agent now tells me my application got rejected and he said maybe I got PTPTN. Can I re-apply again but online after rejected?

I don't know why I got rejected when I can apply for all other banks like HSBC and Citibank.

salary below RM36K can only apply upto 2 cards. i assumed that they have rejected your application since UOB is your third card application. correct me if i'm wrong.

I have more than RM36k per annum as I have currently hold more than 2 cards.

So I also not sure what is the reason I got rejected. The reason the agent gave me was "Maybe due to PTPTN" but I don't think that legit at all since I am paying PTPTN monthly and I can apply any card from any other bank.

So my question here is can I re-apply after I got rejected or there's some cool down period?

Just dropped an email to appeal after I got rejected for the YOLO application...they asked me to re-apply after 6 months. Duh...guess I have no choice but to skip this for now...still looking for a good card for bills CB. Maybe I will just use CIMB CR + PosOnline but I hate the slow response from PosOnline =(

Just wondering what is the issue with Pos Online? I use is very frequently, and it is not too bad (except for the 2% service charge, but I can live with that since I'm paying with CB cards).

If the transaction doesn't show up in 1-2 days, you can always e-mail customer service. I even have my standard e-mail to copy and paste. They will typically follow up within 1-2 days from receiving e-mail and will even call you to confirm that issue has been resolved.

Hope this helps while you're waiting for YOLO.

I haven't actually try PosOnline, so far I've been seeing complains about the transaction appears slow or even after a week or 2 weeks? hmm.gif If it's within 1-2 days I think it's acceptable. Let me try using it and see if it's good to continue laugh.gif
