I have suffered from gout for like 12 years now.  Last year found a traditional/alternative herbs.  No gout for like 1 year.  But now it seems that I am immune to the herbs and gout keep coming back. Tried the baking soda treatment before.  Didn't worked much for me.  Was under allupurional at 300mg dose per day.  Never missed taking the medicine for about half a year.  But stop since uric acid reading never go below 400, and swelling non-stop through out the period I took allupurinol.

Now I try to control my diet by reducing protein and taking olive oil and applying ozonated olive oil where normally I got gout.  It helps to reduce the pain.

Only those who suffers gout can understand another gouter (?) suffering..
