price - can buy DPC or MK or KD already maybe even tropicana avenue the smaller unit, new condo, better environment

20% consider impressive for Mayland....there are tens of thousands apartments condos handling over / building....at least got a few buyers still "hau" this project by this sort of developer

Just talk abt fact. No project is perfect. Must give and take.

Price wise, of u stripped all the freebies, might not be that ridiculous. But mayland name sucks and location, really need to take some convincing.

Macam cyber......good for ownstay, no good for investment.

Currently only two projects in this area is truly next to forest.
Foresta and this hamdan.

U buy mk lah dpc lah kd lah trop lah....u get what? Next door units as yr view or ?????

Thos hamdan only got two sizes....2+1 9xxsq and 3+1 13xxsq.
Definitely not comparable to most projects.

Ec is macam seputeh to mid valley....cant walk.

One way no toll....but cant escape tolls lah...if day in day out to kl.

I dont think it will be fair to compare Hampton price (which in 4 year time), with Angkapuri which is a 20 year old condo, almost quarter a century apart.

New launches in MK would be at least 850 psqft, and Kiaramas units which near to the forest will be around 850psft also.

i don't have the figure but when i was there 2 weeks ago there wasn't populated with sticker still got quite a number of unit to choose...

went last weekend, the agent told me that 80% of Phase 1 sold, from what i seen, facing forest one actually seems ok.
says will have quality control on this project. coz i saw the GEOHAN and tried google it only know is big company doing piling. (and that's why i make up my move to visit their gallery).
