Not many 3 rooms in ws3 above 750psf. U should double check on ur claim.

Yes 4 passenger elevators is korek. If u assumed cargo lift is usable for occupants it's 5 as u mentioned.

On side note. I dun think k Dev ll market cargo lift as 1 of the additional travelling option to buyers. Just my pov not pin pointing.

Pls refer ws3 tered for price list fr page 60 onwards. Onli type B and C2 has higher psf for 3 rooms as u pointed out. I didn't specifically mentioned 3 rooms but just merely replied to ur 2+1 (as I assumed it 3 rooms)

2+1 not 3 bedder. 3 rooms cheaper due to larger BU. Higher flr units for 3 bedded breached 750psf. For which they r offering extras now.
