I think you can directly walk in, do not think this project is hot cake like Lemanja or Herz.

Not true. Those booked are small size and big size still aplenty.

Unio is not good for own stay (unless you like cemetery, leasehold, noisy sounds day and night, commercial land title) and there are better options in kepong if it is for investment.

You are agent and asked to PM so your view is biased to actually giving business to you. Lol
