Fengshui are all crap.
I know a few of those fengshui master/business man became wellknown mlm scammers.
You dont know how they laugh at you behind after closing the deal of some 100x or 500x marked up stones. When ur selling point is fengshui… well… kepong is good target, cause most of the people there are superstitious and not well educated.
They lack statistical knowledge, mathematical knowledge, and has real poor logics. Good placebo target.
My friend earned and bought 2 condo selling Direct selling products there for a year and half.

Not well educated people can buy bungalows and smds.

Educated ppl often work for not well educated bosses.

For 18 yrs i worked for bosses having much less acadenic qualification than me. Beat it.

Kepong is matured town, mostly are old folks with not well educated long time ago they are staying, this is fact.
Those latest development like Desa Park, Sunway SPK, Laman Rimbunan, etc more young generation staying, more educated, more well off
Therefore easily to targeted by Developer to build a lot of condo as Kepong people are damn rich

I have a lot of friends staying in kepong. Dont mixup Desa park or SPK with Kepong people. Their culture and living standard are totally different. I've stayed in desa park before.
I've friends in Manjalara, Kepong, Jinjang, Taman Maluri.

My point is about this fengshui crap the agent who is trying to hard sell bullshit. What provoked me to write this reply is his comment of "ALL UNITS HAS EXCELLENT FENGSHUI".

I ve a lot of friends formerly was staying in Kepong Baru and they grow up at said area. Now after their married they moved to Desa Park City and staying in The Mansions, Safa ,casaman, etc inculde Sunway SPK, some are in Laman Rimbunan. so They are well off and educated at their generation.
So the area are Kepong! also kepong people
