To those purchase for own stay, definitely big issue...

The cemetary is not just nearby but it is just beside it, next to it, side by side. So one side is live people staying, other side is dead people staying. So hungry ghost festival you can just pray at your balcony or windows will do.

For this area, black ghost r more scary than hungry ghost...

Use your brain to think about it, don't simply listen to the Sohai agents.
