Impossible the rental can fetch until 2k+ , If can reach 1.7k, ady very very good.
I stay at wangsa maju area more than 10 years+ after I graduated from Tar college. Average rental around the area is around 1.3k - 1.5k. And so many others choices.

or buy rumahwip for first house buyer and rent 2 rooms out XD. definitely can cover the monthly installment

but rumawip one parking....sad....

capital appreciation sure higher than the non-rumahwip condo XD

also think wheater want to go for rumahwip or not , but then these "uncle aunty" "agent" say loan is same same amout you rather go higher bit for first house...i headache now...
