i doubt with rental can fetch up to 2000-2500 rental/month, can get up to 800psqf after few years completion.
come on..look at the current market. so much supply and choices.
With this kind of sqft and this area you able to get 1800 rental also very happy already.
after the condo getting old, cant get up so much on rental, for price psft possible la, maybe more than 10 year "gua"

Impossible the rental can fetch until 2k+ , If can reach 1.7k, ady very very good. I stay at wangsa maju area more than 10 years+ after I graduated from Tar college. Average rental around the area is around 1.3k - 1.5k. And so many others choices.
