I stopped taking BCAAs that I've got for free during promotion, and my inner thigh, and quads are still hurting like from squats that I did few days ago ..never had this kind of sore before..I'm trying to convince myself it is a waste of money.

If you have the money it doesn't hurt, but i'd rather spend on another scoop of whey protein.

Normal scoop of whey already hv bcaa. As long u r consistent couple with right diet, it won't sore that much. I try not to take so many supplevents as possible.

Definitely yes for most of the case. I bought mine out of curiosity. For once it does help my super sore leg after 1/2 serving. Occasionally take it as mood boosted. It also forces me to drink more water because it taste so nice(the taste is solid and I mixed it with alot of water even just 1/2 serving) and I'm very pump up with BCAA during workout rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

i believe if u eat enough protein every day, u should get enough bcaa already.
and that should also help with any muscle soreness, especially with a good warm down.

BSN Apple flavour, read from review it taste very nice so I pick BSN out of other brands. It says 0 calories but it taste very sweet. There must be a lot of artificial sweetener.

I like DOMS. I'm a bit disappointed if I don't get any DOMS.

laugh.gif Although we know DOMS =/= effective training but if we don't get DOMS then we feel the training is wasted. laugh.gif

Normally if you train optimally (good volume) you should get abit doms/pain which heals after 48-72 hours.

Normally if you get ZERO doms day in day out for like 1 month+, it's probably you have adapted to the volume and need to increase your training volume.
Try adding 1 or 2 sets for that muscle group.
There should be slight doms once in while.

I find great growth/progress following this rule.

Regarding Doms, I only get it upon going to failure on the last set of each exercise.
