where got such cheap.

2mil SPA with 90% loan at 1.8mil for 35 years at 3.5% (current low interest) = 7,500pm

when interest rate back to 4.5% = 8,500pm

then 5.5% = 9,700pm

These retailers could not be able to open many outlets in the same locations. Bet that many of them may relocate from BSP in near future once their tenancy is lapsed.

-this place u can drink beer. Unlike KK and Shah Alam.

-u are next to high end residence such as ecoworld.

-this place is better than BSP, Puncak Alam.

Don’t ask me why I still buy despite so many cons. Maybe u just have to visit this place yourself.
