Penduline left not many units too.
The first and second phases will be handover soon in December / January 2018. The rest by June - September. Same time as the clubhouse and two drive thru restaurants.

Rebate available for penduline about 5% now.

The chances for the price go up is higher be it for shorter or long term. Let see what will be the price 5 years from now.

Trust me. After 5 years you will see the house like old house. Everywhere leaking. And you need to reserve fund for maintenance.
