I think the developer needs to pay the buyers if they can't finish building the houses on time? (we signed the SAP around June)

According to my my agent, Starling's VP will be delayed by 2 months due to previous lock downs. So i think it will become August / September.

But one bullshit thing is, they asked me if have any changes or if have any question can call back the number, but the number they are using is un-callable. Every time i call, it is saying the number is out of covering area. Been trying to call them for a few days.

Rimbayu sent an letter to me informing the finishing date will be delayed by 5 months due to covid19 + mco last year.

Ya, for Starling. Supposed to be completed by the end of June 2022, now rescheduled to be completed by end of November 2022.

What do you mean by suddenly no need pay compensation for late handover? You yourself pointed out "after signed SAP", you can choose not to sign it. You knew about it, it is not "suddenly no need to pay for late handover".

And your statement has flaw, it is "no need to compensate for late handover IF they have solid reason to prove the delay is totally uncontrollable and if government accepted the reason / proof, both the buyer and seller are protected by the law. For this case, we all know covid + MCO were causing this outcome, that is why we understand and no complain.

Of course, i can act babarian and die die want to complain to the developer and tell them they must compensate me, and i can accuse those who don't agree with me is so understanding and considerate for developer's profit, and those who do not agree with me are the people that cause all the troubles to the earth.

I always have a question, for recent years' newly developed double storey houses, would we been able to hear sounds from neighbour when we are in the house? Example talking sound, bathroom's water sound, if neighbour walking heavily on the second floor, etc. Just curious as i heard some old double storey houses can hear such sounds coming from neighbour.

Yesterday i have received another letter from Rimbayu to inform me about the completion of another stage, stage 2(h).

For stage 2, now left the 2(f) : The sewerage works serving the said building. I believe will be done before the deadline.

Stage 3 is "On the date the Purchaser takes vacant possession of the said Property with water and electric supply ready for connection". (17.5% loan)

There is also another 17.5% loan after the stage 3.

I checked with the salesperson, he told me should have no more delay. So for phase 1 buyer, i think we can expect to get key on December / Jan?

In my opinion, Unifi is still the most reliable ISP in Malaysia.

Personally, i am using Unifi + Time fibre, both are Ok.
