The Lot of the Petrol Station had start fence up .

Any idea what petrol station is this?

Hope there will be a good mix of different Petrol stations to cater for everyone needs. I heard will be Shell and Petron before McD and Tropicana side will be Shell station.

I saw people posted previously. Only 2 submitted for approval, shell and Caltex.

I saw piling is almost done.

Got 2 sites, 1 site can see Shell put up the construction signboard already.

The other one at McDonald’s there not yet.

No Petronas? Damn! Still need to pump at Kota Kemuning.

I got the info from Tropicana SA, they told me before McD will be Shell & Petron. The opposite site started construction early is Shell station. Interesting to know that both the lands for Petrol stations are under Tropicana instead of separate developer for each side. As for Caltex maybe it is next to Shell on Tropicana side.

I can see the road toward Elite toll has been widen today. But not so much of progress from SKVE side.

The jam is not there, it is the traffic light.

Which traffic light? Maybe I didn't notice there is traffic light at roundabout area.

After Rimbayu roundabout exit to entrance of BSP.
If leave before 7 then queue around 20 minutes.

Last time used to be much better without the traffic light.

Hope this is a temporary thingy and remove once the flyover is ready.

Again, this is just my guess base on the observation of the current topology of the site progress at BSP's roundabout. If wrong, please don't shoot me, it is mainly for discussion and also please bear with my bad drawing

I'm not the road traffic expert. This is just based on my observation.

1. Upon completion of the flyover, there will be no more roundabout. It will become a big cross junction as per attached sketch drawing.
2. Blue line - BR to ELITE, BR to BSP township, BR to SKVE.
3. Purple line - BSP to ELITE, BSP to BR, BSP to SKVE, A new SKVE bypass dedicated from BSP township to limit congestion at the junction.
4. Yellow line - SKVE to BR, SKVE to BSP.
5. Green line - ELITE to BR, ELITE to BSP.
6. Aqua line - Flyover direct link ELITE and SKVE.
7. The road from all directions also being upgraded to cope with heavy traffic from the growth population in this township.

I just hope they will stick with the promise this time to complete the flyover by end of this year. Let me know in case you have any thought on this?

Bro don’t think it will work blue and yellow line will need to wait their turn.

Unless the flight over will have direct access to BR but sorry don’t have…

The cross junction will come with traffic lights in this situation else it will be a mess

aqua line might need another 1 years or more.

this roundabout from my under grad at Mahsa until I grad now working few years still talking about completion zzzz

so small roundabout also take forever

lets guess maybe i will marry n have a child then roundabout ready
