Heard so too, mostly new area will flood because of renovation around the area

Just noticed i received a letter from Rimbayu on May 3 regarding the flash flood. Due to many houses doing renovation, lots of sands, bricks, rubbish, etc being put in front or behind of the houses. When heavy rain, all these things being pushed to the draining system causing it stucked and then the flash flood.

My wife went to Starling on May 5 but didn't inform me about this until i saw the email today, i guess it wasn't serious. Got to ask my wife after i reach home.

Yup. The email sent to me on May 3, Starling explained what was causing the issues together with some photos, can see those renovations materials / rubbishes blocking the drainage system. I was surprised my wife didn't tell me anything when she was back from Starling on May 5. I guess it was due to it was back to normal when she went there and didn't notice it.

Saw a lot of negative comments recently, any positives of getting a unit here?

Everything else except for traffic. I been staying here for about a year now. Perfect place to stay especially those with young kids.

Depends how people read the comments. Negative stuff is much easier to get attention - there are actually a lot of positive comments. But overall - I also have enjoyed staying here, community groups are growing - easy to basically get necessities.

Nice place to stay. Will just continue to grow. It’s already kind of past the stage of “will it” or “will it not” - just how pack it will be in the future. I’m hoping not so bad

it's surely a great place to stay if no need to work follow office hours, as the traffic go in and out is crazy during on/off working hours... WFH is the best, very peaceful and green so far in BR.
