If stay here, better don't go out. If go out, please use the LRT at Putra Heights. Trust me, better than getting stuck in the jam for hours.
I mostly WFH but if need to go to KL, will park at Putra Heights LRT station, take the LRT to KL Sentral and switch to MRT or Monorail. Once back, another 40 mins to reach home at Rimbayu. Why? Jam at both BSP and Putra Heights!

QUOTE(early30 @ May 10 2024, 04:05 PM) Very true getting in and out to/from the township be it weekday or weekend are nightmares Always plan ahead. Bring everything u need and put inside the car. Clothes, shoes, meals, water, work items and power banks. Once out, it will take 15-30 mins to get it. I recently bought an old MPV and converting into my mobile office. Everything inside including laundry. Once work done, stop somewhere to rest or do the laundry. Going home is only sleeping.

No solutions from Rimbayu to Quayside Mall too. Jam like F just to buy simple stuff or eat there. Should have a bypass directly from Rimbayu to Quayside since Day 1. Otherwise, the mall is practically dead.
Today just to get out to Damansara needs 1.5 hours. All because of the jam at BSP and Damansara.
Waze always recommends using MEX but please don't because the jam is even worse and pay more for tolls.

Finally JKM replied regarding the illegal taska in my area!
They concluded by stating the taska is not even registered with JKW or other gomen agencies. No Bomba certification too.
Doubtful they can even get a Bomba certification due to lack of emergency fire escape. They had one installed some years back but it leads to no where and covered up with a piece of floor mat or carpet to look like an emergency door. Anyone in construction can tell it is not a door!
Now, let's wait how long they gonna be in business. Will be forwarding the letter to every residents in the same taman.

QUOTE(mac_mac21 @ Jun 7 2024, 03:29 PM) What about RA response to your findings ? Or everything push to authority ? And any idea why the heck BSP flyover is for display only ? Dont see any workers doing any work anymore , why the hold up? RA is on my side but the Majlis is on the taska side. They have probably already taken their commission. The owner was scolded for operating without a license from the Majlis but was only given a verbal warning not to repeat it. So, now already 2 weeks I reported the matter again to JKM for refusing to stop their illegal activities. Will keep spamming until the Majlis get involved.

I reported this taska to MPKL, JKM and even Bomba. All 3 already replied and given the operator some time to move out permanently.
If they try to ignore, wait for a final warning from JKM. Ignoring JKM will be a mistake. The enforcement people all women unlike the weaker men from MPKL.
Added a warning to CC the report to SPRM if no action taken because there is a tendency for enforcement to collect duit kopi here.

With the new flyover opened, those coming from Rimbayu or BSP need to be careful going to the right if using RFID. Bloody lorries damn fast!

Update to the illegal taska at 3D.
Today MPKL came to issue the operator a 2nd warning to apply for licence. The operator unable to apply because the neighbours nearby objected. So, the way to apply is to move out.
An hour later, Bomba came for fire inspection. The taska has a fire escape staircase which leads to nowhere.
According to the officer, Bomba will never ever give approval to any business premises without an approval from MPKL or JKM (for nurseries). Anyone who said otherwise are either clueless or conmen.

QUOTE(zzzhhhzzz @ Jul 17 2024, 10:57 AM) hmm.. but they are still operating business as usual ? they just dont seems to give a damn to the authority ... According to JKM, they will have cease operations by 20/7. This is already their 2nd warning. After 20/7 and still operating, will report again. Another 3 days to go...

QUOTE(Vyprex @ Jul 16 2024, 09:11 PM) I stopped using RFID because of that. Those lorries just rush down the slope and drift all the way to the left side. Just a matter of time before someone dies from this As usual, local authorities sleeping on the job again. Wanna look good on mainstream media but never plan properly. Later if an entire family killed by speeding lorries then only do something. By then already too late.

Seriously peaceful at Flora 3D/10 without the pesky illegal taska around. No noise pollutions, zero traffic and no screaming or crying kids.
Dunno how I tolerated all these rubbish for 5 years! Thanks to JKM for helping out with the paperwork and enforcement. Don't play2. All the enforcement officers were women and they meant business.
The men from MPKL and councillors all useless. Talk only. No action taken despite numerous complaints.
Ya sure some parents may not be happy but I did them a favour by weeding out uncertified and illegal taska for their kids safety. I guess end of the day, money is all they cared about. They risked their kids lives by opting for an illegal taska instead of paying slightly more to a licenced one.
For the illegal taska at 3C, it is up to the residents living there to do the same. I have all the complaint templates and past docs if needed.
