Easy, back 5 feet front porch 10 feet, 22x55x2 floors =2400sf

This land size don’t expect a garden, at most a small strip of 2 feet land for your small bush planting

You see developers results on bursa, mana ada weak at all. In my opinion la it’s not wise to chase this inflation story, at least not these high priced units from developers.

eventually it will normalise and subsale time buyers will suffer, coz end of day market buying power remains the same, and landed prices has been outpacing inflation rate so much these 2 years.

It’s overpriced. Those saying otherwise is just repeating the mistakes during the high rise bubble, landed may be more forgiving, but it will still take years on overvalue recovery.

The Kuala Langat Municipal Council has basically recommended the proposed multi-storey intersection. However, IJM Land needs to get support from LLM before any approval can be given.

In connection with that, a traffic study has been completed by IJM Land. The result of the study is that the proposal for an elevated intersection through the SKVE Highway has been submitted to MPKL and IJM Land is seeking comments and approval regarding the proposed intersection from SKVE and LLM.

Apart from that, in order to overcome the congestion at the intersection of Jalan Kampung Lombong and Bandar Rimbayu, plans for the construction of a multi-storey intersection are already in place as in the development planning plan and the construction requirements will be reviewed according to the needs and suitability in the future.
