IJM Rimbayu usually have 10% discount. Almost similar price with starling. Seems like just end unit. Cornet unit usually have 15ft at side. Did try to get corner in starling. With stupid ballet system, couldn't get any corner or end unit... just give up ..

New area new couple maybe less car, but when area matured. Every house has a family of 4-5 who drives car, then cannot avoid le. More over Rimbayu without car cannot survive.
