If you want gardening or greenery better dont buy Strata from Tropicana. Cause they want to dictate and control what you can plant and what you cannot plant in your garden.

Supposedly ready for 2021 intake, but i'm doubtful now Sept alrdy building still under construction.. the 3~4 months lost during MCO killed the target schedule ....

Then maybe consider cancellign the purchase due to failign to get a loan, then you will get your deposit back.

Rush hour to Subang via Kesas will be a killer... it takes you 10KM JUST to enter into Kesas from Rimbayu... and its not exactly smooth flow..
