Wat loan tak lepas....

Launched since 2013/14.....still loan tak lepas meh?????

How long to assess loan? 4 yrs ? 5yrs?

Why signed spa when loan tak lepas?

If spa not signed, can considered sold????

the question is why must be believe what SA said loan tak lepas? could it be never sold or never booked?

almost every thread, when comes to available units, all SA said was loan tak lepas? seriously all units have been booked 100% and just loan tak lepas make these units available again? I wonder how many loan tak lepas units in Iskandar region and forest city? am sure if you asked the SA there, they will also said got units available bcos all are loan tak lepas units.
