I saw that the water level rises from the Klang river. But didn't overflow and flood into the buildings la.. Still looks safe tho.

But i think if you are afraid to see water level rising kinda of a person, then probably you will need to find other projects because Bloomsvale is right beside Klang River. However, pretty sure the developer will do something to reduce the possibilities of flooding for all kind of projects.

I never experience before on the water rising in-front of me yet, hope it will never happen to me.

Not flooded today doesnt mean it will not get flooded tomorrow. I really think the river is too close to these Condo.

Hmm, as that people said above too... There is no guarantee whether it will overflow or not from the river honestly speaking. What is more afraid is water flowing in from the kampung houses beside BV.

You better check with your agent on this before signing the papers. If not then jialat.

So far as what I see. If heavy rain first to kena is the kampung house at the jalan Puchong. I am not sure is becoz of the place accumulate the rain water due to lower ground position or overflow from sungai Klang. But there is a Taman behind caltex there. There flooded because of river water overflood. This two part will kena first. So far condo
at jalan puchong tak kena yet. As it still got some distance from the river

I did check with agent on this concern, he say only kampung house area flood, Bloomsvale not affected. I shall visit sales room another round of survey and see.

I went showroom ytd, the developer staff assure me there is a wall block river water from overflow. Only can take it that they are prepare for it 🙊

I think developer will do something. Becoz even overflow, it won't kena the condo, becoz nearest to the river one is the jogging track which is common place. As developer have commercial unit here. Some more they lease their unit in the neighborhood mall. Definitely they will do something. As it will affect them also

Yup, have the same thought. Since flood happen during construction period, they will have time to prepare against it.

If it didnt happen to have flood, means it would not have it i think.

We can’t predict what happen in the future, only can hope developer learn from the recent flood incident and make precaution step against it.

Real naive prediction... Many places in Klang Valley never flood or at least no flood for past 20 years, so? Recent few months heavy downpour led to terrible flood.
Whoever believe those agents, congrats for buying a new house. Which agent will honestly tell u 'yes, it might flood, buy at ur own risk'? Sure they give u a favorable answer. Once u signed S&P, their responsibility towards u ended, flood or not later on is not their concern.

But anyhow, one thing comfort is, IF KP really gonna shift their office into Bloomsvale (or next door), then at least they will do something to mitigate the flood. So if one day they say not moving their HQ in, then... good luck.
