What i am afraid buying a unit here is that next time the commercial areas are not developed as expected. Then it became like Scott Garden or their many many similar mixed development across Old Klang Road. Its easy for developers and agent to say these will be well managed, but we have seen many examples of mix development across OKR which are under developed and run down.

The sales agent told me the same thing when i visited the showroom. To be really honest, the road seems to be already at its maximum, so i am not very sure how the are going to widen the road.....

I saw that the water level rises from the Klang river. But didn't overflow and flood into the buildings la.. Still looks safe tho.

But i think if you are afraid to see water level rising kinda of a person, then probably you will need to find other projects because Bloomsvale is right beside Klang River. However, pretty sure the developer will do something to reduce the possibilities of flooding for all kind of projects.

Hmm, as that people said above too... There is no guarantee whether it will overflow or not from the river honestly speaking. What is more afraid is water flowing in from the kampung houses beside BV.

You better check with your agent on this before signing the papers. If not then jialat.
