bad snoring condition

As topic title suggested... i had a bad snore and i felt so shy to those who had to share room with me and at the same time had to face some humiliation along the way..I had enough...I try few snoring aid..but it doesn't seems working....can anyone help me... I m 81kg now and try to gym as much as possible now but chances to reduce are nowhere near...as even I m 71 kg..I still snore..please help

For instance you still breath through your nose but can feel like a slightly congestion.

1) no point mentioning weight without mentioning height. 2) seen any ENT doctor? could be enlarged tonsils or adenoids blocking the airway? or perhaps other ENT condition?

u probably have Obstructive sleep apnea . losing weight may not be the solution because the "damage" has been done. as mentioned by one of the forumer, u may try swimming or yoga or which ever exercise that improve lungs/breathing. alternatively, you may see Ear Nose Throat specialist in most of the major hospitals.

Most of the time. For those who has sleep apnea, a minor surgery is recommended. You should see a specialist to see what options are there for you
