not only club, masat, 4D, etc.. also thrive.. haha

shopping malls are really jialat now.. expecting more shops to close down in the coming months due to weak consumer's purchasing power..

yupe.. oversupply of malls and yet more new malls are coming soon.......

getting worse after Giant had moved out..

I think Campbell is still on going.. haven't been to there for years..

big boss owner doesn't really care on how to attract people to come to this mall.. heard tenants already complaining several times of poor biz due to very low number of people coming to this mall..

on a side note, one of the security guards (who used to worked here) mentioned to me previously that he saw some "strange" thing when he was patrolling at 3rd floor of the mall during midnight.. I'm also not sure whether it's true or not..

or maybe in groups.. lol

yalor.. before UE3, it was one stop centre for China products according to some website.. but turned out to be all FAILED..

yes.. I also go to this mall because of MBO only.......

From my experience with this MBO, they always closed the main counter to buy tickets or sometimes opened only ONE counter just to buy tickets even on weekends, that's shows how "good" the biz at here.. lol

Also, I remember I watched ghost movie with 2 of my friends before at one time and it was just only 3 of us in the entire cinema hall on Sunday..

haha.. agree.. the floor tiles are totally spotless and probably the cleaners just sweep the floor once a day and can break for the rest of the day as it won't get stained easily..

yes.. this MBO is damn empty even on weekends.. just walk in to buy ticket and sit anywhere that you want like a BOSS

I suppose this club is doing well since they are expanding the size to make it even bigger by kicking out some tenants at top floor

SSF just opened in this mall located at the former "Oriental Treasure" place.. Looks big from outside but it seems to be swatting flies inside..

Despite more and more outlets moving out recently (including Guardian), a new supermarket will be opening soon which will replace Giant

cinema also ok mah.. no need to queue up even on weekends.. less than 10 people in the entire hall and you can watch the movie like a boss

if the "entity" story is indeed true, that could help to explain why this building has changed its state several times, from UE3 to shops which selling antique stuff and till the current Viva Home which is still not performing well...

Home's Harmony will be moving out from this mall..

loll.. the new SSF seems like swatting flies as well.. footfall getting lesser and lesser in this mall after Giant moved out

curse of UE3 ? surprisingly MBO can still survive in this mall.. just watched a movie on Sunday and the whole hall was less than 10 people

yes.. can just walk-in to buy tickets anytime and sit where ever you want like a BOSS
