I think the tenant in current viva home that is doing well (perhaps the only tenant) is the club at top floor.. the rest of tenants are swatting flies even cinema on weekends/PH laugh.gif

yes.. occupancy rate is clearly dropping in this mall as more tenants are moving out from this mall.. even F&B left like less than 15 for the whole mall..

the big department store at LG floor is also swatting flies.. don't think it can sustain for long..

on a side note, i'm surprise that they managed to get new supermarket to replace Giant.. hmm.gif

yeah.. even before velocity+mytown+ikea opens its door, this mall already suffering from lack of crowd..

The only time when the mall is really crowded is when there is Popular fair held at expo hall, otherwise it will be DAMN EMPTY on 365 days..

modem home fair, NF3, and some other home exhibitors used to organize their fair few years ago at viva expo hall.. now they prefer to organize it at klzz or mad valley.. so i guess you know what's the reasons..

heard super seven is under NSK supermarket, and it stated PASAR RAYA BORONG, so expecting wholesale price items at here..

didn't really check out in details as it was extremely crowded which makes it really hard to walk around..

saw the catalogue and noticed a lot of items are on dirt cheap price just for today, NSK rice for RM1, and RM1 for whole chicken.. shocking.gif which explains the huge crowd for today..

will see how this supermarket performs and whether the crowd is sustainable or not hmm.gif Don't forget the fact that they need to compete with AEON Maluri, AEON MaxValue Prime (velocity), AEON Big, Village Grocer (Mytown)

visited this mall few days ago after quite a long time.. even more shops have chaplap including Friendscino, home care shop, ricci, etc...

the whole mall really looks "lifeless" as the crowd was really less.. supermarket was also not as packed as when it was first opened its door hmm.gif

That shoplot used to be Causeway Bay Chinese restaurant.. will see how long this new Good Taste restaurant can sustain.. the shop was packed because they are having buy 1 free 1 promo for Wan Tan Mee or Curry Mee..

Let's know how the biz after the promo ends on 9 May 2019..


You can see Korean BBQ upstairs already less crowded than previously..
