and i accidentally push the restore button ( power and home button for too long )

now the phone is in restore mode T_T

so what i gotta do to get it back ?

download the 1.0.2 firmware and the unlocker ?

2) just need to choose : SETTING.....CARRIER.......DIGI(dont choose automatic).

Actually, I stay somewhere around Subang... These few days I have been trying my maxis sim card with my iPhone. I tried calling from another phone, it still doesn't work. HOWEVER, it looks like it's trying to receive some thing. The "Accept" & "Decline" button popped up when my maxis line is activated. I guess some change must be undergone as I didn't experience this before

well, its not the firmware problem actually. it is because at first i don't know how to go into "restore" mode. After i made it to "restore" mode and follow the instruction on this website http://iphone.unlock.no/ it WORKSS, my iphone is now UNLOCK!!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSS.....and after i hard poking the hole, the stupid AT&T sim card come out and i replace with my maxis sim card then use it to connect to T-mobile (another phone line service provider in US) through my maxis sim card and YEAHHHHHH....i got signal bar on my unlock iphone.
I guess it shouldn't be a problem for me to connect bck to maxis when i bck to malaysia

currently whats the status of maxis using iphone in malaysia? previous post said it is able to send and received sms, can call out but just canot received call rite? is the status still same now? then how about internet using maxis (not using wifi)?

Perhaps we can change our plans to reflect only when we make a call (minute-to-minute), set up a new digi account, and set-up call forwarding on the maxis account to your digi account.

That way you can still keep your number, and have a digi-line. When maxis fixes this problem (and hopefully they will), we can switch back to maxis.

MAXIS doesn't have any problem when you're roaming. However when you get back to Malaysia you're going to have problems receiving calls, as reported by the many maxis users on this board who have the iphone.

I read someone in this thread has successfully interact with MAXIS *100# menu. Can someone else using Hotlink to confirm this. I tried but with no success. Thanks

Just wondering, don't know if the firmware for Iphone in UK gonna be the same as US or not...IF Iphone launch in Malaysia next year I wonder if we can just install the firmware for Iphone Malaysia and it would be unlock for Malaysia telco. No need to jaga-jaga don't upgrade the firmware all that worries. Just a thought my friend posted to me the other day. Oh by the way, got my Iphone already!
