reserve means it is urs until due date or someone offer higher
deal means the deal is sealed, no question asked

yes i did offer compensation as mentioned in previous thread of mine.

and i did say if he pay me rm390 instead of rm380, i'll post to him. but he never replied ok or anything that show he agrees. i ask him to bank in, but he say he only have 200 at the moment and at nite he will bank in the rest.

i dont agree with that and tell him sum1 offer me better price oredi (henhoor offer me rm400 plus trade in with his n93). so then henhoor called to confirm the deal. right after that cky6667 said he is already at the bank to bank in rm390.

duh? first he said dont have money right now, then suddenly oredi at the bank. i tell him that sum1 offer me higher price oredi and booked and he got mad.

and i feel sum guilt to him la at that time, becoz he threaten me and speaks emotionally in the phone call. so i offer la rm20 compensation. haih, plz refer my thread la. i'm tired la telling duplicate stories.

OK so u paid to him and inform him via sms, did he at that time know u paid? and did he said already cod with another guy after he got your sms?

This is the situation i understand now...
dgrebel thought u going to COD so he reply that to u (screenshot on 1st post), and then u didnt reply him for quite some time..
Then dgrebel said u can pay RM390 include posting and ask for your confirmation, and u didnt reply on spot either...
Then u straight away bank-in and then inform dgrebel u paid...
And dgrebel replied said already sold...

Is that correct?

Funny thing is dgrebel sms TS this " Please accept my compensation gift " ...

Then TS accepted and dgrebel created a thread asking for refund ...

ok, things go like this, i said to him pay me rm390 and i'll post to him, but he replied he only got rm200 and will pay the rest at nite. i replied back, with disagreement. then blablabla i oredi deal with henhoor. then this fella called me he is at maybank.

no secured deal. no reservation. nothing.

bah! case closed.

about the compensation, i was really stupid to offer him at the first place. i admit that. i did reduce the amount he had to pay me back at my previous thread. but with a lansi statement he rejected. so wut can i do? am i still wrong? prove to me then? haaa..??????

this guy ah. enuff is enuff la. since when u bank in money to me? hah? i never receive any rm390 in my maybank. the only thing i receive from u is the refund of rm30. dont talk bs. and ppl, do we need a proof when he just called me and im the one who sms him? he for sure will have the time proof (eventhough sumtimes we dont receive message at realtime, plus a bit delay after ppl sms us, then only we get the sms)

he just called me instead of sms, HOW WOULD I HAVE THE TIME PROOF??? tell me then?? and the phone i used to sms him is already sold to henhoor. now using n93 lerrrr... haiz.. the main point here is HE NEVER AGREED with the offer i sms him but instead just called me to say he is at the bank! Righto... you told him to bank in. If you are not sure that you want to sell to him or not, you have no right to ask him to bank in.

If you requested him to bank in, means deal is sealed.

when i said u bank in now, means now (assuming u have a maybank2u) and replying to the msg u say u dont have enuff cash at that time (if not i cant help u ler), and even before that u said u only have 200 and will pay the rest at nite. when u cash out the rm200. u didnt tell me either. because earlier u said u dont have enuff cash at that time.

a deal is secured when both parties ask for confirmation and agreed. in this case, u dont say to me that u agree and will bank in the money, instead u just tell me u oredi at the bank to bank in.

a clearer perspective:

he said he dont have enuff cash, so i said bank in now, if not i cant help him, and out of a sudden he already at the bank to bank in the money. at first, not enuff cash, suddenly can pay.

before this is his phone call. i told him i cant sell to him becoz he too far. and sum1 currently dealing with me (henhoor). then he hung up.

then i sms him, that if he can pay rm390 now , i will go to poslaju.

he didnt reply ok or wutsoever. but he replied with 'he dont have enuff cash and not at the bank at that time, and will pay the rest at nite', so i replied back, if cannot pay now i cant help him. 1 minute after that, after i dealt and confirm with henhoor, he sms me telling he is at the bank to bank in rm390.
