before this is his phone call. i told him i cant sell to him becoz he too far. and sum1 currently dealing with me (henhoor). then he hung up.

then i sms him, that if he can pay rm390 now , i will go to poslaju.

he didnt reply ok or wutsoever. but he replied with 'he dont have enuff cash and not at the bank at that time, and will pay the rest at nite', so i replied back, if cannot pay now i cant help him. 1 minute after that, after i dealt and confirm with henhoor, he sms me telling he is at the bank to bank in rm390.

I can see why seller looks like he FFKed while the buyer was threatening to report to vip aka mod/admins

But

The buyer did say he was making payments in the second SMS *a minute later?* , why did you decline?
