i assume the free SFV is the bare bones version..... i think capcom want to increase sales they might as well just make the game free to play then sell us costume and each character.

Yup, guaranteed it's the bare bone version.The upgrade pack is about RM1xx for all those DLC characters and costumes/stages. I don't like the game becoz the loading time is very long  |
