Hi guys, I just bought sth from lazada mobile app 3 days ago and I did click through shopback. However, I didn't receive any cashback till now. I applied unite100 for the purchase. Is that the reason I m not entitled to cashback? Must use the code provided by shopback is it?

If I have used unite100 before can I use lunar100?

I've received cashback after using unite100, so it seems like the "shopback code only" rule isn't strictly enforced.

Given that those are 2 different voucher codes I don't see why not.

Dont worry. Just report missing cashback to shopback. Just provide them the information of ur purchase then they will credit to ur account after investigation. =)

How long should I wait b4 I report? N I heard from another forumer here said can't report for lazada app purchase, is that really the case?

Can't.. I have received the item.. anyway did I do sth wrong along the steps. Any sifu pls enlighten me.
1. I log in shopback through phone browser
2. I click on lazada mobile app link, redirected to lazada app in google play store, then I click open
3. Shop using lazada app till finished payment
4. Keep on pressing back till exit lazada app

Any steps I did wrongly that cause me not entitled to cashback?

You should install shopback app, click lazada app in shopback app, not browser

Don't need shopback app. I used shopback on Chrome and got the cashback just fine.

Waited less than one day.

I have no idea. That was my first purchase on Shopback/Lazada. Though I don't think using the stock browser would mess up the cashback process...
