Hi welcome abroad. You can only use 1 code per transaction. 1 code apply to all items in cart except for those not applicable for voucher.

Lazada will ask you the type of payment you want to make. After you choose, it will then bring you to the confirmation page where it will show you the details. There you can apply voucher code. However, there's one thing you need to take note;
Q: Can I combine Credit Card with voucher?
A: No. Either Voucher or CreditCard can work at the sametime. CreditCard tied to Paypal with Voucher? Can, but you won't get the benefit of the CreditCard Day.

If today is rhb day... by right you get 12% off if you buy using rhb credit card but then if you also want to use the voucher code ... it won't work... u can choose either one only... I no chance to test it out but this is what I understand

Then you need to use a different card...For example, if you use RHB card on RHB discount day, you have no option to disable card discount and choose voucher code...Card discount will always be applied by default...

product A selling RM100 and today is HSBC Credit or Debit Card promotion (10% for Desktop/12% for App)

you use HSBC Credit/Debit Card to checkout on App so automatically it will show RM88

if you have voucher code that discount greater than RM12,example UNITED100 which is discount 15%,then the price will show RM85.The system only capture ONE greater discount code or amount.It wont discount 12% then another 15%

Lol he gave a good example but with wrong direction. As others said, card discount is apply by default if you use the bank credit card on the certain day which make you can't use the voucher code.

So in order to use the voucher code, don't use the stated bank credit card to make your payment.

E.G HSBC rebate is today. Don't use HSBC credit card, use Maybank CC to make your payment and apply voucher.

You got it right after my first reply...Just to recap, if you use RHB card on RHB day, card discount will apply...You CANNOT use any voucher code if card discount applies, even if voucher discount is higher than card discount... The column for typing in voucher code will still be there, but once you insert voucher code and click apply, an error message will be shown (don't remember the exact message)...Long story short, if you get card discount=NO VOUCHER... If you prefer voucher code, just use different card (yes, you can use another card, no problem, as long as not RHB)...

You will only know the tracking number and courier company via email (or published on your Lazada order record) after seller prepare to send parcel.
Be patient and wait for it, normally you should get this info within one to five days (or could be more), depends on how fast the seller handle your order.
