I bought something the other day. The item is supposed to come with a freebie which is use together with the item I bought, but seller did not or forgotten to include it.

Wrote to lazada, they gave me a Rm30 voucher. I'd rather have the thing that they forgot to include. Anybody have this kind of experience before?
