Yes. Borang jual balik. If you have the book. If you don't just bring your atm card, tell the bank worker say you want to withdraw xxxxx amount into your account. Then give them bank card/atm card + IC (withdrawal needs IC) Form usually take from giving no counter. Varies from bank to bank.

Yes. But for bumis only. That's why some people use it like a SA. Deposit money inside there and withdraw whenever they need. Cap is RM200k/account.
Also it comes with 7% dividends + x% bonus depends whether ASNB want to give the bonus or not.
