Does anyone know if buy fund via CIMB or Maybank online and the transaction has been rejected how Long hv to wait for the refund

Gone are the days Bank Negara issue RM500 and RM1,000 notes. Last time have, don't know why it was scrapped off. If not, only need 10 pieces of RM1,000 to make 10k. No need to carry 'bricks'.

System down can be branch specific though.. Sometimes certain branch just "lost connection" or something to ASNB. Encounter that many times before.. Told me to go other branch...

I also don't know what's the reason, maybe someone in branch log in too many times with wrong password and get locked out.

Any body ever open "sijil" instead of "buku"? How does that work, like FD cert?

I think somebody posted that laat time asw have sijil which some people use to get extra money by pledging for loans.

This actually makes a lot of sense.... but at the same time very scary 
It's a dominos in the making isn't it, seriously remind me of subprime. Although everyone here would argue that ASB is different than US housing market since the price is always fixed and there's always a higher than personal loan dividends

By the way, I don't think the MTN can be shariah compliant if the ultimate collateral is ASB units which is not shariah compliant. But then I'm not familiar with shariah rules and hence cannot tell for sure
