Daddies, my son is 7 month.

Is there any way how to boost my son punya antibody?

Last month dia kena Partial Pneumonia, then recently high fever because of bacteria on the throat (ada merah merah).
*
as braindeath mentioned. just need to give more breastmilk. the baby gets majority of the antibodies from the mother n the womb and then via the breastmilk.

they did a study, when a child is sick, a moms breastmilk will also change its composition to provide more antibodies or something to help the child fight off whatever cold/flu or whatever.

my boy had little breast milk... so my wife compensated by giving him all organic stuff since he can eat solid food... also some chinese herbs and stuff...
we seldom go out from 0-6 months aside from the baby sitter's...
even go for weekend classes also we try to limit him from touching the walls and floors, wash/wipe his hands regularly...
people cough/sneeze we just pecut in the opposite direction laugh.gif

so far so good la, my boy only got fever a few times, mostly from the immunization jabs...
*
jangan too careful bro. need to expose him to the dirty floors and walls. hahaha. need to grow a stronger immune system. they said really good if can take them to forest area or like a farm area (not urban farm) like real kampung and let kids play and touch the dirt and animals.

some times i used to heat up some buns for breakfast, the other day he found those baking trays in our cabinets doh.gif
he took one tray out and put his animals, sweets, balls into it then slide it under the coffee table, then he looked at me...
i don't know how to react, want to LOL laugh.gif liao then i made a "ding" sound, he darn happy and rclxms.gif

kids ah... really fun to have, cuteness overload tongue.gif
yours also very cute, mine haven't sampai bring to bed yet, maybe haven't found his fav toy laugh.gif

my wife bought him a train too but not as big and so many things to play with as yours, maybe i should consider... how much and where you bought bro?
*
hahah. future michelin star chef hahah.

i bought from Hamleys at 1Utama. its the mining set. was Rm119 i think. the duplo set in the pic lagi mahal RM260 or something haha. put all together maybe around RM400+ on that table... the recommended age for the train is 3 years. but my son already 2+ i still think its ok as he doesnt shove stuff into his mouth anymore...

but definitely if your kid likes cars and stuff, its worth the buy. i already thinking about getting a new set end of year to build for him, got one set that can elevate up higher. seems cool. fun to play with him hahah. i never had any toys like this growing up. making up for lost time hahaha.

manja? more on ngada-ngada.  biggrin.gif haha.

how to leave her crying bro? i got headache whenever she cry, so loud. so i will quickly pick her up. hahahahaha
she with her toys but then, whenever nobody beside her, crying out loud.  biggrin.gif haha.
i just get up to wash her bottle also ask for dukung.  rclxub.gif
*
haha. must see the level of cry. a lot of the time the crying is damn fake. that one you can leave her to pretend to cry those crocodile tears. if really crying then dont leave her lah. kesian. haha. my son used to do that and then he will look at us, we just laugh at him. now he stopped di. hahah.

but the best is find something to distract her with. toys and such. or books. maybe can try let her play with a toy and just sit close and then slowly sit farther and farther whilst letting her know you are still there?

Anyone gave their child the Pneumococcal Vaccine? My elder child is 2 years 6 months and my young daughter will be 1 year old next month and they didnt take this jab. I didnt know it was important until the doctor recommended to us. Singapore also include this jab as compulsary. 3 doses before the age of 1.
*
i did it for my son. i think 2 jabs if not mistaken. and if remember correctly was Prenevar13. expensive wor....

I gave my son inject Pneunomococal at clinic already, total is 3 or 4 jabs cant' remember.

But already done 2 jab.

My last month my son masuk hospital due to Pneunomonia.

Well, dah cucuk pun still kena.

What i heard, the Pneunomococal only cover certain virus only not all. So maybe that's why my son kena.
*
yeah actually there are a bunch of strains and this only covers only around half of them or something. forgot. hard to protect from everything, but when it rains, half an umbrella is better than none.

hahah. i highly HIGHLY recommend making sure all creaks are attended to. get some WD-40 and spray EVERYTHING. or if rajin can get those dry lubricants which are supposed to work better. but i malas so jus spray WD40. faster. and also recommend putting a little bit of that foam tape (forgot how much) in between the door and the frame, so when tutup it doesnt have that noise when the parts touch or accidentally knock. sometimes hold the handle close slowly going going ... and then... still accidentally hit the frame too hard *KNOCK* hahahah

yeah. if you buying the foam thing can just buy cheap one. or can put cardboard also can. my door frame got the foam, then the back got cardboard (otherwise ketuk the wall). haha. stress man. but the main thing is to avoid bini marah when baby wakes up. baby wakes up i can handle. bini i cannot......

all my doors creak free liao, but since the room is so dark... some times at night wake up blur blur, if not careful will accidentally bang on something one bangwall.gif
*
these days my son got his big car he sits on and pushes/rides around... so always shift location hahah. so many times walking around and kick that damn thing. so noisy... kick the wheel one noise, wheel knock the body one noise, car bang the wall another noise. me saying FKKK! another noise. haha.

jealousy rant for my wife, my boy seems to prefer me over her when i'm around laugh.gif

kids especially then they are afraid or unhappy, they will look for the one who will best console them...
my case, my wife a bit hot headed one, so my boy will usually come to me cos i very seldom marah... i just tegur laugh.gif
my wife said i spoil him but he's less than 2, no point la raise voice...
*
haha. so nice. my son also run to my wife. but when he wanna play he always look for me first. hehe.

QUOTE(lil_flank @ Sep 22 2016, 06:57 AM)
Envy u, haha..
My case slightly different. My wife also hot headed so she plays the devil and i play the angel coz i seldom raise my voice too unless is necessary. Whenever my wife scold or snatch the smartphone from my elder daughter, she will cry very loud and throw tantrum so someone will pity her. Funny thing is after she cry around 5 min and no one come to console her, she will continue crying and say she want Mummy. My elder daughter will still look for mummy even though the one who scold her is mummy, lol..

But ofcoz, my wife is closer with my daughters coz i only get to meet my daughters two times a month. I am rank number 2 only, haihz.. But my family in law envy me becoz everytime when i go back, my daughter will choose me instead of them even though they meet and sayang her everyday, haha..
*
you all so baik. im the garang one (pretend only, but i never let him win any tantrum/argument). so my boy really takut i marah. the other day my wife was putting my son to sleep but he nakal. my wife just call for me and he straight 'no! no! no!' straight lie his head down. once i enter the room so good lying there like some angel look at me hahah. my wife sometimes garang, sometimes not. so i think he's confused, so in the end he isnt afraid of her. i just told her never let him win. after he test you, and you lose. then habis yo!

my in-laws will arrive end of the year for a month. then they will take care of my son and me can finally rest a bit. maybe...but in the end have to take care of them haha.
