QUOTE(kenji1903 @ Jun 30 2016, 02:46 PM) by the way, any hints/tips to get my 1.5 yo boy to eat fruits? QUOTE(kenji1903 @ Jun 30 2016, 02:50 PM) he still eats blended avocado and apple then he used to eat apple (we sliced it for him)... now don't know why don't want... we tried, kiwi, grapes, oranges, blueberry, prunes, peach, papaya, dragon fruit all tamao lucky he eats any kind of vege... even those smelly ones like coriander If eat vege then ok la, i like coriander, is not smelly ok? Maybe try wirh celery, mine particularly like avocado, luckily because avocado doesnt taste sweet compared to other fruits. Still exploring about the fruits

From our experience, my wife feed my elder daughter eat vege and fruits when they can start to consume solid foods. We gave her very little meat at first so she wont be so picky. Currently she eat most of her vege but her favourite is still meat, fruits and deserts, lol.. She always prefer solid food over milk formula.

any frequent travelers here who travel with a kid around 1-2 years old, eating 40% solid food and 60% on formula?
how do you manage and what do you feed the baby? want some ideas as at the moment i'm thinking of 1 meal porridge and 1 meal puree (most convenient is steamed pumpkin, that's all i can think off)... 1 meal will be eating out, something the toddler can eat like pasta, egg, or something like that...
