Whatever said and done, this will negatively affect the project and dev because how quickly people make assumptions in social media age.
With all our modern building techniques and advancements of materials and expertise, something like this shouldn't be happening in 2019. Someone messed up really badly and unfortunately buyers and dev taking the full effect. Only time can help the buyers I suppose. They need to hold on to their units longer. |

QUOTE(Bjorn1688 @ Jul 5 2019, 02:11 AM) Will depend on the outcome of their investigation. If it really was a design flaw, the lower floors corridors would have collapsed already by now.If it was a design flaw then could be both the architect and engineers. Otherwise if it is off spec then could be anyone from the concrete and rebar supplier to the contractors. |

QUOTE(Pain4UrsinZ @ Jul 7 2019, 04:31 PM) Coz the procurement dept normally buy the rebars in bulk to save transportation fees. The previous construction site i worked also did like that and the rebar rust even faster within one to two weeks as its located at seaside, but its still considered safe to use. |
