apology letter from developer. wondering which untrue and baseless comment they are referring.

case close on the accidental posting matter je.... i also like to see those ppl continue bash and continue -deleted- when another round LOD comes again

perhaps I read wrongly, the content of the letter seems only mentioned that they shouldn't post the LOD on the forum, and not that they will "cancel" the LOD???

Also, the one who posted wrongly is the developer's staff, and not the law firm?? since this letter is from the developer but not the law firm, and it seems didn't "invalid" the LOD??

I read back all the comments posted by myself, I'm unsure why my name is on the list since my comments is purely asking for better clarifications and confirmation... but i deleted them to save the hassles....

defamation can work in very broad way... its up to the developer whether they wanna proceed to sue you for what you wrote in a public forum or not... that particular statement can easily be twist to bcum as evidence of defamation if the developer's lawyers are the top ones... in this forum... what you wrote and said may not morally wrong but can be legally wrong... itu je....

Please continue to be ignorant and comment again.
